Description
Rune Age is the first deckbuilding game from Fantasy Flight. Set in the same fantasy world as their other popular games Runebound, Runewars, and Descent, the new stand-alone card game combines the deck-building mechanic of Dominion with a scenario-based format.
Each player represents a race struggling for dominance in the world of Terrinoth, each with unique strengths and weaknesses. The challenges the players face are determined by a scenario, chosen before each game. The scenarios present unique objectives and challenges for the players, and can range from fully competitive to fully cooperative, allowing for a variety of game styles.
Rune Age is for two to four players. It includes more than 250 cards, tokens, and a custom six-sided die. Designed by Corey Konieczka.
Contents:
252 Cards
38 Cardboard Tokens
1 Custom Six-sided Die
