This is a set of 15 decree cards to be used with Kodama Forest.

If you want to add variety to Kodama Forest, you can choose to play with one of these decrees. Decrees add special rules that change the way the game is played.

To use the decrees, simply shuffle all of the decrees facedown, and then have a player draw one faceup and read it to the rest of the players. For the rest of the game, the rule introduced by this decree will be in effect."
