The Glade is a thoroughly absorbing tile laying game. You quickly learn how to create sets with matching characteristics and how best to connect them to existing tiles. Whether it is to create enclosures, double up on tiles to make creating further sets easier, or to reach the corners of your forest to claim the 4-point match tiles in the matching game.
You can also play the game solo with similar rules with the aim of playing your 12 toadstool counters in as few turns as possible whilst scoring as many points as possible.
