Fun & Fitness is designed to be played by people of all ages, by an individual or in groups.
Fun & Fitness may be played occasionally for fun, but when placed on a regular basis, at least three to four times a week, coupled with a proper diet and rest, Fun & Fitness becomes a well-rounded physical fitness program.
Improvement and maintenance of a desirable level of endurance, abdominal strength, flexibility, body composition and coordination are benefits each player will receive if played on a regular basis with the appropriate individual effort applied to insure the proper duration and intensity necessary for improvement is achieved.
