Good news: we’ve got the so-called “Black Daughter” of the Onyx League, Ms. Leeta Wix, in lockup. This anarchist bomber is wanted for questioning on seven counts of arson, eighteen counts of domestic terrorism, and more charges of reckless endangerment than I can count.
Now, onto the bad news: after questioning Ms. Wix, it seems she has knowledge of a bomb attached to a public vehicle somewhere in the city. We have patrols sweeping for any clues regarding this development, but keep in mind that Ms. Wix may just want us scrambling for nothing. Regardless, I want you all out there, ready and alert for any smoke before the fire.

The Velocity expansion adds 1 new cop, 1 new case, and 1 new criminal to your Brook City games. It also introduces a new mechanic in the form of wrecks, traffic hazards that will clog up the streets unless they are tended to. Players may seamlessly include the components of this expansion into any game of Brook City, further increasing the possible unique gameplay combinations players can experience!
