“The Terran Federation has commissioned this space station, at the farthest reaches of the known universe, because they believe there are habitable planets here. I know you are young fledgling captains and you have your doubts, but know this… You must complete Terra Prime and colonize these planets! The great Terran fleet may never return; it’s up to you to develop a stronghold for humanity here. Watch out for hostile aliens, and don’t forget Federation Military code 626.B.7.i… One of you will become admiral.”
