Description
In Reviving Kathmandu, players travel to Nepal as architects to rebuild the earthquake-hit city of Kathmandu. There are 4 types of Monuments in the game: Buddha, Shrine, Stupa and Pagoda. Each type requires a different number of sections, and therefore a different number of cards to complete.
The game is played over 8 rounds. Each round has 3 phases: Bid, Collect, and Build. Bid: players place 1 of their 5 coins face-down on an available bid spot on the playmat. Collect: players reveal their coins and determine who won each card. Build: players use their cards to build monuments, score points for each completed monument, and for paying attention to color.
The architect who achieves the most points will win the game and become the most respected architect in Kathmandu.
