Winter Kingdom (Kickstarter Edition)

Winter Kingdom is a sequel to the award-winning Kingdom Builder by designer Donald X Vaccarino.

Players expand their Kingdom across the game board by placing villages and forts as dictated by the terrain and card drawn. Giving yourself lots of options for any card you might draw will be key to being successful. Each game will have certain conditions that must be met by your villages and forts in order to score points.

Blending familiar mechanics with new twists, Winter Kingdom boasts a large amount of game-to-game variability, provided by a modular hexagonal board and other random elements each game.

New features in Winter Kingdom include coins, which are earned by an economy card with placement in certain locations and are used to purchase asymmetric abilities. Plus, twist cards which provide different special rules for each game.

Kickstarter edition includes an exclusive box sleeve and unique house meeples for each color.
